Concern for future of Island's small businesses
The former chair of Manx Utilities and current Minister for Enterprise says there are 'limits' to what government can do to protect consumers from rising costs.
There's concerns an impending electricity price rise of more than 50 per cent will see some small businesses on the Island disappear.
The Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce has responded to the latest announcement from Manx Utilities - saying government should have done more to protect domestic and business users.
