DHSC chief exec says changes make it easier for NHS England
The Chief Executive of the Department of Health and Social Care believes legal changes in England have made it easier to run the health service there.
Dr Malcolm Couch is speaking to Tynwald's Public Accounts Committee this afternoon, looking into overspending at Noble's Hospital.
He explained some of the differences between managing the Island's healthcare system and NHS England:
