3 June 2022 added to the list
There will be an extra bank holiday next year - thanks to Her Majesty the Queen, Lord of Mann.
Government has added 3 June to its 2022 bank holiday list to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
The actual Jubilee Day is 6 February but the celebrations have been held over to the early summer to take advantage of warmer weather.
The full list of 2022 bank holidays is:
