Beach Buddies founder urges courts to take action
A campaigner working to keep the Island free from litter says the courts have a duty to impose a heavy fine on fly-tippers.
Beach Buddies founder Bill Dale is calling for the 'maximum possible penalty' after waste was dumped near Eary Cushlin.
Mr Dale says he's seen an increase in littering during the current lockdown.
He's keen to see those responsible punished:
