Manx Utilities says proposals are being 'finalised'
The planning application for the Garff sewage treatment works will be submitted at the end of the month.
Manx Utilities says that it's currently being 'finalised' but has met with the commissioners since the last provided update.
It's also confirmed local landowners who are 'directly impacted' by pipeline routes have been contacted to ensure they are 'fully aware' of the plans.
