Commissioners file written petition
Garff Commissioners have opposed plans to develop Laxey's former Glen House Residential Home.
The proposal for 11 apartments, with six associated parking spaces, was approved by the planning committee.
However the local authority believes the parking provision is insufficient and will only add to existing issues.
