Minister responds to apparent drop in trust
The Policy and Reform Minister says government has to take heed of the results of the latest social attitudes survey.
Chris Thomas was speaking after the latest annual survey showed trust in the Manx Government has dropped from 47% to 39%, which is the lowest level since the study started measuring public trust in institutions.
Speaking on Mandate this morning (Wed 21st), Mr Thomas said whilst just 2% of the Island's population was surveyed, it was a valid sample which provided important information which needed to be considered by those in government.
