Increase in drug driving offences
There have been fourteen arrests for drink or drug related driving offences so far this month.
That's the same number for drink driving recorded for the whole of December last year.
Only seven arrests were made in the 2016 festive campaign.
Head of the Alcohol Unit at Isle of Man Police is Sergeant Alan Shimmin.
He says the increase in drug driving issues is alarming.
