Residents set for full presentation of plans
A Ramsey bay marina would see a 'vibrant, bold and courageous' new landmark for the north of the Island, according to David Dorricott.
He's one of the organisers of a public meeting on the issue tonight, which is set to be one of the highest-attended consultations in recent memory.
All 600 available spaces at the Mountain View Innovation Centre on the Jurby Road have been allocated.
The meeting is from 7pm until 9pm this evening.
