Practice condemned by Citizen's Advice
Mobile phone users are being advised to seek clarification on any contract they take out with an Island telecoms company.
It's after a survey conducted by Sure found 73% of customers found it unfair they could be charged for their handset after their contract expires.
The practice was condemned by Citizens Advice last year, however, it may still happen depending on which operator you are with.
Mike Phillips from Sure tells you what can be done to make sure you won't be hit with a charge once your contract ends.
