Deputy High Bailiff to replace John Needham
Jayne Hughes has been named as the Island's new High Bailiff.
Mrs Hughes has been the Deputy High Bailiff since 2011 and replaces John Needham, who was appointed as Second Deemster in November.
She's previously worked at the Attorney General's Chambers and with the Crown Prosecution Service in the UK.
Her official swearing in will be arranged shortly, along with the recruitment of a new Deputy High Bailiff.
