MHK wants to know whether changes can be made ahead of second cost increase
An MHK fears those who pre-pay for electricity have been disadvantaged by the recent price increase.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse will ask the chair of Manx Utilities whether changes can be made ahead of a further 15% cost rise due in the summer.
Electricity prices went up by 15% at the start of the month in response to the global energy crisis.
While those who pay monthly may not receive their first bill at the new price for weeks, Mr Moorhouse says those who use key meters will have been hit straight away:
