Thirty-year-old James McKenzie remanded in custody
A man’s been remanded in custody facing allegations he defied a driving ban.
Thirty-year-old James McKenzie of the Larrivane Estate in Andreas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
He’s charged with driving a stolen car with no insurance policy on 9 September while serving a driving ban.
Mrs Hughes remanded him in custody, and he’ll next appear in court on 17 September.
