Campaigners say residents must not forget what happened, as a memorial service is scheduled to remember the victims of the Summerland fire.
This year is the 51st anniversary of the tragedy which claimed the lives of 50 people, and seriously injuring 80 others.
A commemorative service will take place on Friday, with a wreath being laid and a minute's silence observed.
