Ministers should always come from Keys agrees Bell
The chief minister says he is yet to decide whether or not Tim Crookall shall remain as education minister.
Mr Crookall was recently voted onto the Legislative Council, relinquishing his role as Peel MHK in the process.
Allan Bell maintains he always wants his ministers to come from the House of Keys, as they are popularly elected.
He told Tynwald this afternoon that something would be happening soon:
