
Tynwald has agreed that no further credence should be given to any propositions from Charles "Buster" Lewin.
It was one of the recommendations arising from the second report on the Kirk Michael School land exchange agreement.
The agreement was to swap a part of the school's plot on Douglas road corner for land at the back of the school to allow access to a new housing estate proposed by Heritage Homes
It also means that once the land exchange agreement is of historic interest only, all the details and associated valuations will be published.
