But clerk of TT course admits global situation has 'hardened'
There's no suggestion insurance costs for road racing on the Isle of Man will become a problem beyond this year.
That's the belief of the Clerk of the TT Course, as uncertainty remains over the long-term situation in the likes of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Cover is already assured on the Snaefell Mountain Course and Billown Course for 2023.
But Gary Thompson admits the global climate to insure motorsport has become increasingly challenging:
