Police appeal for help identifying driver involved
Police are appealing for help tracing a driver after a pedestrian was clipped by a car in the south of the Island.
The walker was struck when the red-coloured vehicle passed too close to the pavement on the Ronague Road while passing the Ballacubbon Estate in Ballabeg at around 4pm yesterday.
Police say the car was displaying L plates and had three doors, and are urging the driver responsible to come forward.
If you can help officers identify the motorist or have other information which could help the investigation, you can contact Castletown Police Station on 822222.
