More public drop-in sessions being held this week
Another drop-in session will take place today (21 October) for people who want to share their thoughts about a new windfarm.
Manx Utilities is planning to build the ‘Cair Vie Wind Project’ at Earystane.
It would include four turbines which could generate more than a quarter of the Island’s electricity needs.
The session will take place between 2pm and 7pm at Peel Centenary Centre.
There will be further sessions held on:
- 22 October: Douglas City Hall – 2pm to 7pm
- 23 October: Morton Hall Castletown – 2pm to 7pm
- 25 October: Ramsey Courthouse – 2pm to 7pm
- 26 October: Peel Centenary Centre – 12pm to 4pm
- 27 October: Ramsey Courthouse – 12pm to 4pm
