Person in court after doubling limit through village
"Far too many people are exceeding the 20mph speed limit" in Ballasalla, according to traffic police.
Officers were monitoring vehicles in the village yesterday (Thurs 20), and recorded one driver doing almost double the limit there.
That person is now due a court appearance.
"Please slow down!" say police, who add they will be back at different times of the day, including early morning and evening.
