Police are renewing their appeal for witnesses to the fatal road accident at Hillberry over the weekend.
Eighteen year old Michael David Kelly from Douglas, who was a passenger in a blue Vauxhall Zafira, died after the car collided with a roadside wall and flipped on to its roof.
The 17 year-old driver and two other passengers received minor injuries.
Police say investigations into the incident could take some time and, whilst they have received a good response to their appeal for witnesses, they would still like to speak to anyone who may have been travelling towards Ramsey on the Snaefell Mountain Road around 10.42pm on Saturday (May 4) and who may have been dazzled by an oncoming vehicle being driven on high beam.
Anyone who can help should contact the Roads Policing Unit at police headquarters on 631212.
