Police are renewing their appeal for witnesses to a dog attack on Douglas beach, a week ago today.
It happened at 6.30pm opposite the Hilton Hotel when a German shepherd attacked a small Yorkshire terrier.
Officers have had a good response from the public but are now asking the dog’s owner to come forward to help the investigation.
They are also asking for other dog-walkers and beach users who may have seen the attack to contact them, particularly members of the public who gathered by the promenade walkway railings.
You can contact police on 631212.
