
An unprovoked assault outside a Douglas pub on Saturday night is being probed by police.
It occurred just before midnight at the British on the quay where the victim was standing when he was approached by a group of men.
Police are appealing for witnesses and say one of those involved is around 18 years-old who allegedly punched the victim to the side of his head.
He was wearing a black T shirt and dark coloured tracksuit bottoms.
The group of men ran off before police arrived.
