The Isle of Man Constabulary is reminding the public that using electric scooters on public roads, pavements, or cycle paths is illegal.
It follows a recent court case in which a man was fined £950 and received seven penalty points on his driving licence after being stopped on an e-scooter.
Police say complaints about the use of e-scooters have increased in recent weeks, prompting renewed calls for residents to be aware of the law.
Officers have also issued a warning to parents, advising that although e-scooters may appear to be a harmless gift, children using them in public could be committing an offence.
