
Proposed changes to the structure of the Isle of Man government are being slammed for not dealing with the real problems being faced.
The criticism comes from Onchan MHK Peter Karran, who is also leader of the Liberal Vannin Party.
The plans to alter and rename seven of the nine departments were announced yesterday and will go before Tynwald for approval later this month.
Mr Karran sees it all as a 'superficial makeover':
