Hospice Isle of Man's financial reserves have dropped by more than half in the past three years due to Covid and surges in running costs.
Its outgoing chief executive is appealing for donations and 'certainty' to the annual finances.
The organisation costs approximately £5.5million to run each year but only receives a £900,000 in government funding.
