Ashford to address 'perfect storm' of issues
The Treasury minister will make a financial statement to Tynwald in April in response to what he's calling a 'perfect storm' affecting the economy.
David Ashford says people are being affected by price rises on a scale last seen in the 1970s.
They've been brought about by a number of factors including the Ukraine conflict.
Mr Ashford says government is sensitive to people's concerns about soaring energy and food prices, and the issues don't just affect those on low incomes:
