Union bosses are warning unless the government starts listening to its workers, there may be strike action ahead.
Prospect’s General Secretary Mike Graham is on the Island this week holding meetings about proposed changes to public sector pensions.
He says so far the government hasn’t directly spoken to his members and is dismissing current efforts to consult as a sham.
Mr Graham told Matt Kennaugh the union will fight the suggested changes.
More meetings with Prospect members are due to take place in Douglas today (Wednesday) and tomorrow, with further meetings scheduled for March.
