Consistent message at two-day event
There were two strong and frequently repeated messages coming out of the weekend’s Isle of Man Food and Drink Festival in Douglas.
One was ‘Local food is best’ and the second was ‘go local, not off-island if at all possible’.
Through the two-day event in the Villa Marina Gardens, this message emerged from the local food industry:
