Johnston claims it needs to be 'fit for purpose'
The Island's taxation system should be given an overhaul to ensure it's fit for purpose.
That's the view of Ayre and Michael MHK Tim Johnston.
Mr Johnston first alluded to problems with the system during the recent Island Plan debate in Tynwald.
He says it must be reviewed:
