DHA launches public consultation to inform new legislation
Updating the Island's alcohol licensing laws is the subject of a new public consultation.
The Department of Home Affairs launched the survey, after the current regime has been described by government as 'outdated, overly bureaucratic and inflexible'.
This survey and the consequent results are therefore set to inform the development of new legislation for a new Licensing Bill.
