Kiosk purchased as part of Active Travel scheme
A counter to record the number of people using the promenade walkway in Douglas cost £16,000 to install.
The kiosk, which was set up last month, also displays weather information and updates on the prom works.
Purchased as part of the Active Travel Strategy, further counters without displays have been fitted around the Island to monitor the number of walkers and cyclists.
Following a query from Douglas East MHK Clare Bettison, Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer confirmed the display kiosk will be moved to the junction of Broadway at the end of the promenade scheme.
