
Moves are underway to find a new face of the Isle of Man.
The Department of Tourism and Leisure wants to film and photograph people enjoying their day-to-day or weekend activities and interests.
Three commercials featuring different aspects of Island life will be filmed ahead of a campaign to run on TV and in news publications from October.
The Council of Ministers has approved a budget to promote the Island as a short-break destination and show the quality of life its residents enjoy.
The first casting session was due to be at the Philip Christian Centre in Peel this evening, and there will be further sessions in Union Mills and Port Erin tomorrow and on Thursday.
