43-year-old denies four offences
A Castletown woman has been accused of fraudulently claiming around £21,000 in benefits.
Forty-three-year-old Kelly-Ann McCulloch, of Malew Street, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
She denies failing to inform Treasury of a change in circumstances as well as three offences of making false representations to obtain benefits.
Magistrates bailed her and she'll next appear on 19 May.
