Manx cyclists Jonny Bellis and Peter Kennaugh finished outside of the medals at this afternoon's Under-23 World Road Championship race in Italy.
However, they did help Great Britain team-mate Ben Swift to fourth place.
Bellis did feature in several chases to get back with the leading groups before coming home in the main bunch over five minutes behind the winner from Colombia.
Peter Kennaugh retired late in the 173.5 kilometre event.
