Manx snowboardcrosser Zoe Gillings has finished fourth at the latest World Cup event in Switzerland.
It was another superb performance by the Ronague athlete after she claimed seventh spot last week.
After qualifying for the heats in fourth place out of a field of 28, Zoe finished second in her first heat and then again in her semi-final.
Despite a bad start in the final, she fought back and was only a few centimetres from a podium finish, beating Olympic gold medallist Maelle Ricker in the process.
‘I’ve had another great race here and my confidence is growing every day,’ said Zoe.
‘In the last three World Cup competitions, I’ve finished 10th, seventh and fourth respectively and have an overall world ranking of seventh.
‘I have only been able to achieve this due to my sponsors and my business on the Isle of Man - thank you so much to everyone helping me.
‘I’m really looking forward to appointing my first full-time employee at IsleofDeals.com as running that on a daily basis, as well as training and competing at World Cup competitions, is kind of hard!’
Zoe now heads to the winter X Games in Colorado this weekend.
