Oliver Dean is competing at his second MGP
A competitor at the Manx Grand Prix drinks a special smoothie between races to help regulate his blood sugar levels.
Oliver Dean is diabetic, and ordinarily wears an automatic insulin pump which he takes off during races.
He's riding in the Lightweight and Junior Manx Grand Prix races. He was a newcomer last year.
Dean's taking part in a nutrition programme with former motorcycle racer Brad Howell.
He told us what's in the drink:

Stewart and Harrison first in MGP & Classic TT qualifying
'Sam's character, determination and passion for the sport touched so many people'
Tributes paid to 'one of the very best'
